Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training with Sean Bailey Wellness is an internationally recognised course designed to equip you with the skills, confidence, and knowledge to support mental health in the workplace and community.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training
Mental health is just as important as physical health, yet many people feel unequipped to support someone experiencing difficulties. Our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training provides individuals and organisations with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools needed to recognise the signs of poor mental health and offer meaningful support.
Unlike standard training, our MHFA courses are delivered with lived experience at the heart of every session. This real-life perspective ensures a deeper understanding of mental health challenges, creating a more engaging and impactful learning experience. Participants don’t just leave with knowledge—they leave feeling prepared, assured, and confident in their ability to support others.
MHFA training is available as a two-day course or four half-day sessions, giving flexibility to learners and organisations. Throughout the training, participants will learn how to:
- Recognise the warning signs of poor mental health and respond appropriately.
- Provide practical support and guidance to colleagues, employees, friends, or family members.
- Approach difficult conversations with confidence, reducing stigma and encouraging open discussions.
- Approach difficult conversations with confidence, reducing stigma and encouraging open discussions.
