EmpowerED Alternative Provision
Some students don’t thrive in traditional education environments. Behaviour challenges, low confidence, poor mental health or disengagement can lead to absence, exclusion, and lost potential.
Our EmpowerED programme supports young people who are struggling to engage in mainstream education due to behavioural, emotional, or health-related challenges.
Through structured 6-week blocks within our private gym and learning space, we provide a safe, supportive environment where students rebuild confidence, develop life skills, and take steps back into education.
What We Focus On

- Improving physical and mental wellbeing.
How the Day Flows
- 10am arrival
- Warm up followed by coached gym session
- Break with downtime
- Theory lesson on lifestyle (coaching, sleep, exercise, nutrition, mental health)
- Lunch and downtimeÂ
- Session planning, goal setting, reviewing and/or student coaching staff or other delegates
- 2pm departure
