Working with us to address your personal Sleep and Lifestyle is guided through Health Performance Coaching, which brings together everything you need to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, addressing lifestyle issues through one complete, results-driven programme.

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a structured approach built on experience, science, and real results; helping you make lasting changes that fit your life.

How it Works

When signing up using the link below, you will be immediately granted access to our digital app and platform (Kahunas).
You will complete a lifestyle questionnaire which will directly align to your programme allocation.
Programme allocation will be the assignment of a progressive, structured and time friendly exercise programme, and a nutrition and supplementation plan.
Every Friday we host an online open sleep clinic for all sleep and lifestyle subscribers, where we will address all sleep issues raised and initiate personalised support.
Personalised sleep support is then dropped into your personal space in the digital app and platform (Kahunas).
