Health Performance Coaching with us is built on the key pillars of health. We bring individuals together in a focused, supportive environment where everyone works toward their personal goals, and we provide you with expert support in the realms of sleep, movement, nutrition, mindset and recovery.

What to Expect

With years of coaching expertise, professional knowledge, and service delivery, we have unprecedented insight into sleep, movement, nutrition, mindset and recovery. We are not just exercise specialists, we are nutritionists, sleep experts, mindset creators, and continue to have lived experience of recovery.
This is a hybrid programme that you complete at distance, whilst still receiving our expert and personalised support.
You receive access to our online programming app where your exercise programme, nutrition plan, meal plans, recipes are available for use. Fortnightly you will receive an invite to an online group sleep support session, led by our experts to provide you with the sleep interventions you need.
Also, you have the option to attend small group strength training classes every Tuesday and Thursday to accelerate your fitness performance.

The range of services we provide to schools allows us to support children at early early years through to all key stage levels using our age appropriate delivery.

We use our experience of the most unlikely recovery in very challenging circumstances to stimulate people’s behaviours towards achieving better health.
