Supporting Sleep and Mental Wellbeing
For individuals struggling with poor sleep, our specialist-led sleep clinics offer a structured intervention that blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i) with other evidence-based sleep improvement techniques. Lack of sleep can have a serious impact on mental and physical health, and our targeted approach helps individuals develop better sleep habits, improve their rest quality, and regain control over their wellbeing.
Beyond sleep support, we also provide mental wellbeing interventions focused on social connection, mindfulness, and gentle physical activity.
