Sleep Education

When it comes to health and wellbeing, sleep is the foundation, yet it’s the area that receives the least education and the most neglect. We teach personal development, receive countless inputs on exercise and nutrition, but very few people ever learn how sleep truly works or how to protect it. As a result, we’ve normalised chronic tiredness, late nights, and “pushing through” fatigue as if it’s a badge of honour.

Why Sleep Training Matters

Sleep impacts everything — cognitive performance, emotional regulation, physical recovery, learning, and growth.
Poor sleep is a growing public health issue, contributing to higher rates of anxiety, obesity, accidents, and absenteeism.
Most professionals receive little to no training on sleep, leaving a huge gap in support for children, families, and adults who are struggling. By training staff and practitioners in sleep science and practical interventions, we can equip communities to make sustainable, life-changing improvements.

Sleep Champion Training (½ Day)

Sleep Champion Training is a focused half-day course designed to give staff and community leaders the core knowledge and tools to support healthy sleep in children, families, and adults.
You’ll learn:
Ideal for: Teachers, classroom staff, youth workers, health & wellbeing leads, community practitioners, and anyone working directly with families or young people.

Sleep Practitioner Training (3 Days)

Our Sleep Practitioner Training is an in-depth, three-day programme that goes beyond the basics. It’s designed for professionals who want to become specialist sleep practitioners — able to assess sleep problems, deliver tailored interventions, and lead change within their organisations or communities.
You’ll gain:
Ideal for: Health visitors, family support workers, mental health practitioners, counsellors, school wellbeing leads, and professionals working in health, education, or community development.

Our Services

The range of services we provide to schools allows us to support children at early early years through to all key stage levels using our age appropriate delivery.

Filling the Gap in Knowledge

Sleep education has been overlooked for too long. The science is clear, the tools exist — but the knowledge isn’t reaching the people who need it. That’s where we come in.
Whether you’re looking to upskill your team, embed sleep into your wellbeing strategy, or train specialist practitioners, our programmes give you the knowledge and confidence to create lasting change.

Why Sleep Education Matters

Too many people are told to “just get on with it” when they’re struggling with sleep. We don’t accept that. Poor sleep affects energy, mood, learning, relationships, and long-term health. By offering education options, we’re working hard to change the narrative and perception on sleep.
We’re here to tackle health inequalities head-on, whilst bringing world-class sleep support and education into areas it does not currently exist.

Our Mission

Poor health and health inequalities are two of the greatest challenges of today for people of all ages.

Our mission is to inspire the current and future generations to achieve better health and wellbeing.

We use our experience of the most unlikely recovery in very challenging circumstances to stimulate people’s behaviours towards achieving better health.

Sleeping better, eating smarter and moving more are completely within our control and if improved, will contribute to better health.
