Food and Mood

Our three hour workshop has been developed for all levels of employees in all sectors. The purpose of this workshop is to highlight the connection between nutrition and mental health and specifically the importance of a positive diet for great mental health.

Dietary habits in workplaces can be extremely poor which over a sustained period of time will affect peoples mental and physical wellbeing.

Evidence and research now supports that our mood is completely affected by what we put on our plates on a regular basis therefore it is important that employees are aware of the choices they make regarding their food choices in the workplace and the impact this can have on their health.
