Our training workshops, courses and offerings support and improve mental health and wellbeing. All training is suitable for leaders, teams, coaches and individuals that are need to improve the wellbeing of their people.

MENTAL HEALTH FIRST AID - 2 DAY COURSE

Mental Health has never been so high on the agenda with poor mental health in the workplace being a huge challenge that every organisation faces.

Mental Health First Aid training for individuals, teams and organisations can be the first step to improving mental health in your workplace. 

Our training will equip your staff with the tools to support their colleagues and the tools to support themselves to avoid the mental health challenges faced on a daily basis.

Our training can be delivered online or in-person with either course delivering:

  • Four specific modules covering: stress, anxiety, depression and psychosis.
  • Action planning for mental health in the workplace.
  • Listen and engage with lived experience of poor mental health in the workplace.
  • Mental Health First Aid England official training.

Minimum groups of six per course, prices starting at £200 per delegate (including course materials).

SLEEP AWARENESS IN THE WORKPLACE

Sleep deprivation is currently one of the most challenging aspects of modern society. It is estimated that 40% of people struggle with some form of sleep issue and almost 25% of people do not get the recommended amount of sleep.

In most organisations, “How are you sleeping” is not a typical topic within performance conversations suggesting your organisation is not Sleep Aware.

By engaging with this session we will change attitudes, open up different performance conversations and create a true 360 degree view of employee potential and performance.

  • This training creates fundamental awareness for good sleep.
  • It will change attitudes towards sleep including removing the the ‘Lack of Sleep Badge of Honour’ culture.
  • Uncover better behaviours to improve sleep and improve individual performance.

Starting at £75 per person with a minimum cohort of six people,  this training can help shape the wellbeing culture of your organisation.

WELLBEING CHAMPION - 2 DAY COURSE

Wellbeing in the workplace has never been so important as it is right now, staff are burning out, poor sleep, sedentary behaviours and inadequate nutrition are common in many places of work.

Wellbeing Champion Training can be the first step in changing the mindset of your organisation and your people towards Health and Wellbeing.

This training creates a workplace peer support and resource to educate, signpost and engage your staff towards self-improving their wellbeing.

Candidates who complete this course will be able to coach their colleagues in: 

  • Sleep Improvement
  • Positive Nutrition Change
  • Increase Exercise Activity
  • Mental Health

Prices start at £200 per person, with a minimum group of six candidates per course.

FOOD AND MOOD - MENTAL HEALTH AND NUTRITION

Our Food and Mood Training is an awareness based session providing cutting edge insight to the connection between our diet and mental health.

The modern day diet is not conducive to good mental health, fast food, meal deals and hyper processed food are just some of the challenges to good health.

Cohorts that engage with this session will embrace new thinking towards their own mental health and the mental health of others by building greater awareness towards the components of their meals.

By completing this training, learners will:

  • Better understand the role of nutrients within mental health
  • Understand the need for a positive diet to sustain good mental health.
  • Uncover better behaviours to improve diet, improve nutrient intake whilst improving mental wellbeing.

Starting at £50 per person with a minimum cohort of six people, this training can help up-skill employees on their dietary habits or meet the CPD needs of existing Mental Health First Aiders within your organisation.

This program can be customised to address specific challenges or  focus points within your workplace.
