We offer limited one to one exercise services to support those who have a specific focus or need and want to take an extra step on their journey to better health.

All sessions are designed and tailored to the needs of the individual, sessions are demanding and challenging in a safe environment.

HIIT Sessions

  • 30 Minutes

    Our HIIT sessions are 30 minutes in length and are time effective for people looking to use their lunch hour for an exercise opportunity or those that are working from home.

  • Intensity

    HIIT sessions are designed to be very high intensity with minimal rest however we can tailor the session to your specific goals and needs.

  • Equipment

    We use a range of cardio equipment and strength equipment including the latest Concept 2 rowing machine, Taurus Ski machine and Assault Bike. Our strength equipment includes full cable machine, Smith machine, leg press and lots of functional equipment.

Full Sessions

  • 60 Minutes

    Our Full PT sessions are 60 minutes in length and are focused on supporting those who are looking for detailed coaching, enhanced support and programming.

  • Focus

    All sessions are designed and delivered working towards a pre-determined focus that is measured, time bound and realistic within the time-frames agreed, regardless of whether the goal is performance or health related.

  • Equipment
