Community

Our work in the community has been developed to improve the health and wellbeing of all of our service users.

Group Exercise, Wellbeing Camps, Community Education and Volunteering Opportunities all form part of our Community Work.

Wellbeing Camps

Our Health and Wellbeing Activity Camps have been developed to enable children to engage with physical activity, learn about great health and practice good wellbeing whilst having fun.

Children will engage with multiple activities ranging from sport, performing arts, cooking to classic classroom learning.

Camps are held at selected excellent venues across Halton ensuring access for all, to great activities, structure and an opportunity to continue learning throughout the school holidays.

Community Group Exercise

Our group exercise program is held in Sandymoor, Runcorn, Cheshire providing exercise opportunities for all with our experienced personal trainers.

Classes are delivered in circuit training style using our personal methods to ensure a challenging and safe exercise experience. 

Expect to be swinging kettlebells, battling with ropes, moving through ladders, improving your squat capability whilst smiling and having fun.

Personal Training

We offer one to one and small group personal training that will provide you with a fun, effective and challenging exercise session.

All formats of our personal training sessions will improve your health and wellbeing, they will also improve your exercise understanding and capability.

Currently, we offer 30 minute and hourly sessions on a pay as you go basis.

Community Learning

Community Learning forms part of our training services where we can offer funded learning opportunities to support community learning. 

We are passionate about empowering individuals to make better decisions to support their health and wellbeing, all of our training is delivered with passion, knowledge and empathy to ensure your experience is exceptional.
