Workplace Sleep Clinics
Workplace Sleep Support with Sean Bailey Wellness supports organisations with their workforce wellbeing, particularly in the field of sleep and sleep improvement.
Educating Your Staff on Good Sleep
Shift work has been described by the World Health Organisation as a carcinogen, meaning it is a significant risk factor for cancer and other ill health.
Sleep issues are more common in the workplace than ever, with 1 in 3 people experiencing insomnia, and with 3.5 million people working shifts in the UK, shift work sleep disorder is a significant issue, with very little support on offer.
Our workplace sleep clinics offer support not available through standard occupational health or employee assistance programmes, with group and 1-1 support available.
Workplace Sleep Support with us ensures your business has dedicated sleep support for your staff that focuses on your specific shift patterns, emerging sleep issues within your workplace and an open pathway to those who are struggling but may not understand what help is available.
If sleep issues are within your workplace, or shift work is a part of your regular working schedule and you provide no support to your staff then get in touch with us for an informal conversation.

Workplace Sleep Clinics: A Real Solution for Employee Wellbeing
Sleep is one of the most overlooked factors in workplace wellbeing, yet poor sleep affects productivity, decision-making, and overall mental and physical health. Standard occupational health and employee assistance programmes rarely address sleep in a meaningful, personalised way, which is where our Workplace Sleep Clinics make a difference.
We offer a structured, evidence-based approach to tackling sleep issues within the workplace, combining group education and 1-1 support to help employees improve their sleep quality, manage shift work more effectively, and feel more energised and focused throughout their working day.
Our sleep clinics begin with a 60-minute group workshop, where we break down the science of sleep, share actionable strategies, and provide employees with a clear understanding of how small changes can lead to significant improvements. This is followed by six 1-1 or small group sessions, where participants complete a 7-day sleep diary using our exclusive support app. These sessions provide targeted, data-driven interventions, ensuring each participant receives personalised strategies to improve their sleep based on their own patterns and challenges.
For shift workers, managing sleep can be even more complex, requiring a tailored approach. Our sessions focus on light exposure timing, sleep extension strategies, tactical caffeine use, nutrition for better rest, and behavioural techniques to improve sleep quality. These interventions are designed to be practical and easy to implement, ensuring staff can apply them immediately to improve their sleep and overall wellbeing.
By incorporating our Workplace Sleep Clinics into your wellbeing programme, your business can actively support employees in achieving better sleep, improved energy levels, and enhanced productivity. Whether you’re looking to reduce absenteeism, increase focus, or create a more supportive workplace culture, investing in sleep health is a simple yet highly effective step toward a healthier workforce.
