Personal health and exercise are deeply interconnected, and at Sean Bailey Wellness we understand that lasting change happens step by step; first strength, then resilience, and ultimately, confidence. Our small group coaching sessions are built around that philosophy.

We bring people together in a focused, supportive environment where everyone is working towards their own goals, but no one is doing it alone.

We bring together years of coaching expertise, professional knowledge, and genuine empathy. We’ve lived the barriers people face, injury, low confidence, poor sleep, busy lives, and that lived experience shapes everything we do.
In our small group coaching, we meet you exactly where you are, creating an environment where everyone feels supported, understood, and capable of progressing at their own pace.
This isn’t a packed class or a chaotic gym floor. Our small group coaching offers personalised guidance within an intimate group setting, blending individual attention with the energy and motivation of training alongside a maximum of three other people.
