At Sean Bailey Wellness, we provide engaging and wellbeing-focused after school sessions designed to support both children and families. Our approach integrates physical activity, nutrition, mental health, and sleep awareness into daily routines, ensuring children receive high-quality care while developing healthy habits that benefit them beyond the school environment.

With a focus on active engagement, emotional wellbeing, and structured support, our after school clubs create a positive and nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and grow in a way that supports their overall development.

The range of services we provide to schools allows us to support children at early early years through to all key stage levels using our age appropriate delivery.

Helping Children Build Confidence and Emotional Resilience

After school care at Palacefields Primary School isn’t just about keeping children active—it’s about supporting their mental health and emotional resilience. We incorporate holistic activities that encourage self-awareness, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.

Through sessions in drama creativity, sport and art-based mindfulness, children are given the tools to manage emotions, build confidence, and develop a positive relationship with their mental health. By creating an outlet for self-expression and relaxation, we help children build the skills they need to navigate emotions and challenges both inside and outside of school.

Our mission is to inspire the current and future generations to achieve better health and wellbeing.

We use our experience of the most unlikely recovery in very challenging circumstances to stimulate people’s behaviours towards achieving better health.

Sleeping better, eating smarter and moving more are completely within our control and if improved, will contribute to better health.
