Our services support parents juggling daily demands, young people dealing with school stress, and children struggling with bedtime routines.

Our sleep specialists will provide tailored solutions for adults and children aged 6 and above.

About Halton Sleep Clinics
Welcome to our Halton Sleep Clinics and Services, in partnership with Halton Borough Council, where we will provide services that promote sleep improvement, better wellbeing, and mental fitness for children through to adults.
Professional Referrals and Self referrals are very welcome.

Adults

Adult sleep support services offer personalised assessments, therapy, and guidance to improve sleep quality, manage insomnia, control shift work impact and reduce stress.

Teens

Teen sleep support services focus on improving sleep hygiene, managing academic stress, understanding and reducing screen time, and establishing healthy sleep routines.

Children

Children’s sleep support services help establish consistent bedtime routines, address challenges, manage wind down, and promote restful, healthy sleep.

Sleep Support for Schools and Further Education

Our Sleep Services extend to Schools and Further Education providers, with a focus on children and young people who maybe unaware of the harm that poor sleep and poor sleep behaviours creates to their overall health and wellbeing.

Workshops

Our interactive 30 minute sleep workshops will address the key challenges that young people face in relation to their sleep, whilst providing evidence based sleep improvement solutions.

Inbound Referrals

Inbound referrals are sleep services provided within school settings, which can be provided following a referral from school staff.

how can i refer?

Where are the sessions?

They can be either delivered online via Zoom or in person at The Heath Business Park.

what information do you need?

The name, contact details and email address of the individual (or parents if a child) requiring support.

are sleeping pills involved?

No, we do not recommend the use of any sleeping pills unless all treatments have failed.

What does support look like?

Support will begin with a consultation to understand the current sleep issues and what could be the driver of the existing issues, following the consultation we will discuss the best treatment before starting sessions and activities.

what are the treatments?

Our sleep services are a wide variety of treatments which we will discuss during consultations with you, these include, CBT-i, relaxation therapy, sleep quality therapy, sleep and nutritional therapy, breathe work, circadian alignment plus much more.
