Our February half term Health and Wellbeing education camp will support and improve the health and wellbeing of attending children. Our camps include physical activity, enriching education classes on key themes of health and wellbeing and community engagement.
As part of the February Half Term camp we will be encompassing the five ways to wellbeing as part of all of the activities provided for children:

- TAKE NOTICE
We love to see children and young people engaging with multiple sports, within the February camp we will be exploring different sports and types of physical activity, including:
- Indoor circuit training
Whilst having multiple opportunities to engage with physical activity, each child will also engage within our learning program which includes workshops covering:
- Mental health
- Food for good health
- Sleep and learning
We will also engage in several community activities including a local area litter pick, listening to other key community members and children will also be offered the opportunity for an offsite visit for further learning and enrichment.
