Wellbeing at Work Workshops

Wellbeing in the Workplace Workshops provide the people within your organisation insight into ways to better wellbeing.

All sessions are underpinned with our ‘solution focused self coaching’ model around key wellbeing topics. Our model creates realistic action so your staff can begin their journey to improved wellbeing in the workplace immediately.

  • Practical routes to better sleep, improved nutrition, greater levels of physical activity and the creation of self awareness.

Wellbeing Awareness for Remote Working

Sleep Awareness

Sleep deprivation is currently one of the most challenging aspects of modern society. It is estimated that 40% of people struggle with some form of sleep issue and almost 25% of people do not get the recommended amount of sleep.

Mental Health First Aid Training
