Wellbeing in the Workplace - 12 Week Coaching Program

Great Wellbeing in the Workplace can be extremely difficult to achieve regardless of resources, policies, attitudes and leadership.

The fundamentals for good wellbeing, sadly are difficult to achieve in todays society, together we can make positive change to shift the dial.

As part of our 12 week coaching program focusing on improving wellbeing in the workplace, individuals, teams and organisations will improve their health and wellbeing.

This coaching program includes five learning workshops and six, one to one or small group coaching sessions. 

All sessions are underpinned with our ‘solution focused self coaching’ model around key wellbeing topics. Our model creates realistic action so the journey to improved wellbeing in the workplace begins immediately.

  • Five learning workshops with individual focus on: Sleep, Nutrition and Hydration, Physical Activity, Self Awareness and Your Environment.
  • Discover practical routes to improving physical and mental wellbeing.
  • Self progress tool to understand and clarify individual learning.

Wellbeing Awareness for Remote Working

We understand and have experienced the challenges to wellbeing whilst working remotely. The impact of moving less, less informed food choice, and less face-to-face interaction should NOT be underestimated.

This session will show you ways to:

  • Improve your sleep quality and quantity for sharper concentration.
  • Eat healthier, improve your diet and lose weight for a healthier you.
  • Move more, improve mobility and flexibility creating greater energy and mood.

Sleep Awareness in the Workplace

Sleep deprivation is currently one of the most challenging aspects of modern society. It is estimated that 40% of people struggle with some form of sleep issue and almost 25% of people do not get the recommended amount of sleep.

Is there an awareness of good sleep behaviours in your organisation?

If not, we help people to restore their sleep and improve their sleep quality by teaching behaviours that support a great night of sleep.

Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental health has never been so high on the agenda with poor mental health in the workplace being huge challenge that every organisation faces.

The first step to improving mental health in the workplace is embedding a resource within your organisation who can support and signpost others with confidence and assurance that they have the right skills and knowledge to do so.

Mental Health First Aid training for individuals, teams and organisations can be the first step to improving mental health in your workplace. 

Our training will equip your staff with the tools to support their colleagues, the tools to support themselves to avoid the mental health challenges faced on a daily basis.

Our training can be delivered online or in-person with either course delivering:

  • Four specific modules covering: stress, anxiety, depression and psychosis.
  • Action planning for mental health in the workplace.
  • Listen and engage with lived experience of poor mental health in the workplace.
  • Superb learning experience.
  • Mental Health First Aid England official training.

Minimum groups of six per course, prices starting at £150 per delegate (including course materials).
