Yesterday we delivered a free online webinar focusing on the connection between Sleep and Mental Health to over 70 people across 3 different continents.

It was an absolute incredible take up with the actual event selling out.

Utilising the power and insight of lived experience of mental illness and linking the role of insufficient sleep within mental illness provided a complete insight.

We completed the webinar with our ‘behaviour design’ process where delegates design their own behaviour from the learnings taken from the session to improve their sleep.
