Autumn Fitness and Wellbeing Challenge

Our Autumn Fitness and Wellbeing Challenge begins on 4th October running for ten weeks, completing on Thursday 8th December.

We are giving you the opportunity to improve your current health and wellbeing over a ten-week period via our Community Group Exercise programme.

Whatever your health and fitness goals, this challenge can be the springboard for long term health improvement, weight loss, reduced blood pressure, improved mental health, higher quality sleep are just some of the outcomes we have seen from previous challenges.

You will receive a minimum of twenty group exercise sessions, nutrition support that includes meal plans, recipes, shopping list and much more, you will receive check in and check out sessions to measure your fitness improvement, there will be regular opportunities to access 1-1 support, have optional 1-1 check ins whilst also feeling part of a great community.
