Following on from the amazing success of our Sleep and Mental Health webinar, we are delighted to launch our Five Day – Online Sleep Improvement Program.

Significant levels of the population report that they struggle with their sleep and from a personal perspective I speak about this topic in passing conversation more often than not.

What is very apparent in society is the lack of awareness regarding the outcomes following poor sleep, specifically how detrimental it can be to our overall health.

Even more apparent is the lack of awareness surrounding solutions.

This program takes this away. We create awareness and we also provide proven solutions to support sleep.

Starting on Monday 7th September our Sleep Improvement Program will consist of three online workshops and two 30-minute 1-1 coaching sessions underpinned by Behaviour Design processes as per the summary below;

Workshop one exploration:

  • Sleep in society
  • Sleep and Health
  • The effects of caffeine and alcohol
  • Sleep Measurement

Workshop two exploration:

  • Light
  • Circadian Rhythms
  • Mindfulness and Stress
  • Sleep Measurement

Workshop three exploration:

  • Exercise and Nutrition
  • Tracking and technology
  • Regularity
  • Recap and Summary

One to One online coaching will sit between workshops at times to be arranged.
