Mental Health First Aid training by Sean Bailey Wellness are official Mental Health First Aid England courses, endorsed by the Royal Society for Public Health.

By engaging with this training you are creating a first stage intervention and support for your workplace, your teams and your communities.

This course will provide you with a better understanding of health and wellbeing, it will also give you the confidence, knowledge and resources in supporting others.

Mental Health First Aid at The Brindley Theatre, Runcorn is the first step in supporting mental health and wellbeing in your workplace and your community. 

We are delivering this part funded training to ensure we can support the communities within Halton with their mental health, we aim to remove stigma and remove barriers within the community to accessing mental health support.

This training will equip learners with the tools and knowledge to support others and themselves to avoid the mental health challenges faced on a daily basis.

This course has 10 funded spaces for not for profit organisations that have a strong community network, please contact us for more information.

    Delivered over four specific modules providing detailed insight into stress, anxiety, depression and psychosis, anchoring you with new knowledge.

    Find out what it is really like to experience poor mental health from the lived experience of others providing you with real world support solutions for your organisation, teams and people.

  • Support Others

    Understand how to spot the signs of many mental health challenges and leave with the tools to support others with a mental health need.

  • Healthier You

    Specific and detailed action planning for a much healthier community, workplace and a healthier you.

10 funded spaces are available for not for profit organisations or organisations with charitable purposes such as charities, community clubs and organisations, community interest companies limited by guarantee and faith sector organisations.
