We have been a little quiet with our posts over the last week or two as we have been continuously adopting to the changing world. Last week we also delivered our 4 Ways to Wellbeing in Isolation on behalf of the Cheshire & Warrington Business Growth Programme. The response from the session has been incredible which has given us the platform and momentum to roll out our specialised online education around wellbeing when working remotely. Details will be released very soon.

Mental Health Awareness Week is on the horizon (Monday 18th May – Friday 22nd May). As part of this brilliant week, we are hosting a free online Zoom event where we will deliver a plenary talk on mental ill health. Within the session we will be opening the floor for open discussions, polls and questions.

The objective of the session is to create awareness of what mental ill health can look like, how to get help and what you can do as an individual or a business.

Sean is a key note speaker for Mental Health First Aid England and Time to Change, where he brings lived experience of physical injury and mental illness to life.
