Fitness and Lifestyle Sessions

Teen Gym sessions run Tuesday and Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Designed to engage and inspire young people, these sessions combine fitness and lifestyle activities in a fun, supportive environment.

Whether you’re looking to get active, improve health or fitness, or learn about exercise, our Teen Gym is the perfect space to explore new ways to stay healthy and energised.

We use rowing machines, ski erg machines, assault bikes, climbers, cables, kettlebells, resistance bands and jump boxes to challenge young people and improve fitness.

Be part of a growing community that values fitness and growth!

Winter Half Term Teen Fitness and Sports Days

Winter Half Term Teen Fitness and Sports Days are an exciting blend of gym workouts, yoga, football, boxing, table tennis, and archery over the winter half term.

Using rowing machines, ski erg machines, assault bikes, climbers, cables, kettlebells, resistance bands and jump boxes, teens will be encouraged to challenge themselves whilst improving fitness.

Developed to support young people, we will learn about nutrition, sleep, and mental health whilst also taking part in leading coaching sessions.

Teens will also balance the activities with chill time to give opportunities for relaxation and personal growth.
