The last couple of weeks have flown by for us, doing exactly what we love!
We have completed our first ten-week Group Wellness Coaching program with results that have absolutely blown us away. Every individual engaged within the program has sustainably improved their physical and mental wellbeing.
Our work locally has also continued to grow with regular physical activity sessions for local people to support their physical and mental wellbeing.
Using exercise as a catalyst to improve mental wellbeing is something we have been championing for a long, long time and now we are seeing this in action….literally.
The feedback from both of these programmes has been truly outstanding and we will shortly begin to share some of the amazing outcomes across our channels.
As well as coaching, we recently delivered a talk with Merseyside Sports Foundation and the Ben Raemers Foundation that has been very well received. It was an absolute pleasure to share our experiences of mental health, sport and how physical activity was key to recovery.
