About Us
Sean Bailey Wellness CIC, uses lived experience of overcoming physical and mental adversity to inspire others to improve their health. We offer community programs, school initiatives, coaching, and workplace training focused on mental health, sleep, nutrition, and fitness. Our mission is to reduce health inequalities and promote wellbeing for all.
Upcoming Events
Weekly Yoga
60 mins of Hatha Yoga consisting of light poses, adapted poses (if required), controlled breathing and relaxation.
Community After School Programme
Sports, physical activities, art based activities, Lego, and homework support, open to all children and young people.
Teen Gym
Strength and conditioning for teenagers including specific barbell lifts, functional exercises, and cardiovascular machines.

How do sleep services work?
With all sleep services we will start with a consultation to understand the sleep challenges currently being faced. From the consultation we will then advise and discuss on the recommended approach.
